1.1. This agreement serves as a framework for the use of the futures trading platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and provides guidelines and terms of use for users of the Platform's services.

1.2. Using the Platform and its services signifies full acceptance of the terms and conditions contained within this document. Any use of the Platform's services will be considered as acceptance of this agreement.

1.3. The Platform allows trading in cryptocurrency, forex, and U.S. stock markets using leverage and various order types such as limit and market orders.

1.4. The Platform reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these changes.

2. Registration and Account Creation

2.1. To use the Platform's services, users must register by providing a valid email address and creating an account.

2.2. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any inaccuracies may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3. The Platform may, in specific cases and according to internal policies or legal requirements, request identity verification from users to comply with international financial regulations and prevent fraud and money laundering.

2.4. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including passwords and other security information. The Platform shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to user accounts and its consequences.

2.5. In the event of any suspicious activity on an account, users are required to immediately notify the Platform's support team to ensure necessary actions are taken to protect the account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1. Users can fund their accounts using cryptocurrencies accepted by the Platform. Only digital currencies listed on the "Deposit and Withdrawal" page will be accepted.

3.2. Withdrawal of funds by users will only be processed through cryptocurrencies, and users are responsible for providing accurate information for withdrawals. Any errors in the provided information may result in delays or loss of funds.

3.3. The Platform reserves the right to review deposit and withdrawal transactions to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations. These reviews may cause delays in transaction processing.

3.4. Users must adhere to the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits set by the Platform. These limits are available on the "Deposit and Withdrawal" page and are subject to change at any time.

4. Trading Structure

4.1. Users can trade in cryptocurrency, forex, and U.S. stock markets using the available leverage provided by the Platform.

4.2. All trades will be conducted on an isolated margin basis, and users are not permitted to engage in cross-margin trading. Any changes to the trading structure will be announced via official Platform notifications.

4.3. Users may place limit and market orders to execute their trades. These orders will be executed based on user-defined conditions.

4.4. Each user can set stop-loss and take-profit orders for their trades. Failure to set these parameters may result in significant losses, for which the user is solely responsible.

4.5. The use of leverage, combined with market volatility, may result in substantial losses. Users must be fully aware of the risks involved before entering any trades, and the Platform shall not be held liable for losses incurred due to the use of leverage.

4.6. In the event of account liquidation, users will lose their entire account balance. Users are responsible for monitoring their trade positions and managing risk accordingly.

4.7. The Platform does not guarantee the speed of order execution, and during periods of high market volatility, order execution delays may occur.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1. The Platform charges fees for each trade executed. The fee rates are variable and will be updated on the "Fees" page of the official Platform website.

5.2. Users are responsible for paying all fees and charges related to their trades, which may include trading fees, deposit fees, and withdrawal fees.

5.3. The Platform reserves the right to change the fee rates without prior notice. Any changes in the fee rates will be valid after implementation, and users are required to comply with them.

6. Account and User Information Security

6.1. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and should use strong passwords.

6.2. The Platform makes every effort to protect users' personal information; however, no system is immune to all security threats. Users accept full responsibility for securing their own information.

6.3. In case of discovering unauthorized access to an account, users must immediately inform the Platform. The Platform assumes no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access.

6.4. The Platform advises users to periodically change their passwords and refrain from sharing them with others.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT)

7.1. The Platform is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations.

7.2. This platform operates fully in compliance with user privacy. However, if a transaction is suspected of being related to terrorism financing or money laundering, the platform may request specific information from users to comply with international laws and regulations.

7.3. Failure to provide the requested documents or non-compliance with AML and CFT regulations may result in account suspension until full compliance is achieved.

8. User Responsibilities and Obligations

8.1. Users must use the Platform's services in accordance with local and international laws and regulations.

8.2. Users are responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through their accounts, and any losses or damages resulting from such activities will be their sole responsibility.

8.3. Users must not engage in any suspicious or illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, and scams, through the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All content, trademarks, and brand marks related to the Platform are the property of the respective owners, and any use of them without written permission is prohibited.

9.2. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without obtaining proper authorization from the Platform owners.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform's services shall be resolved under international law and through referral to international arbitration.

10.2. The place of arbitration and the applicable arbitration rules will be determined by the Platform's regulations.

11. Risks of Market Volatility and Financial Liabilities

11.1. High Market Volatility: Trading in cryptocurrency, forex, and U.S. stocks is highly volatile and may result in quick profits or losses. Users must be fully aware of the risks before engaging in any trades.

11.2. Leverage and Associated Risks: Leverage allows users to trade larger positions with smaller capital, but it also increases the risk of financial losses.

11.3. Liquidation Risk: Users should be aware of the risks of liquidation, which could result in the loss of their entire account balance.

11.4. No Guarantee of Profitability: The Platform provides no guarantee of profitability for any trades executed on the Platform.

11.5. Technical Risks and Order Execution Delays: Severe market volatility may lead to delays in the execution of orders.

11.6. User Responsibility for Risk Management: The Platform provides risk management tools such as stop-loss and take-profit orders, but users are responsible for managing their own risk.

11.7. Internet or Communication System Outages: In the event of internet access failure or communication system outages on the user's end, the Platform shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the inability to access the Platform.
